Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Manufacture Mates LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website or contact us through our forms.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Manufacture Mates LLC is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at info@manufacturemates.com. We operate from Białystok, Poland (Szałwiowa 1, 15-665) and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.

2. What data we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide through our contact forms, plus limited technical data needed to operate the site.

  • Contact details and message: company, name, email, country and your message.
  • Project files you upload, such as drawings and specifications.
  • Basic technical data, such as server logs, used for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it

We use your data to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and deliver our services. The legal bases are your consent, the steps necessary to enter into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f)).

4. Forms and service providers

Form submissions are transmitted through an external form provider that processes the message on our behalf. Production and order handling are carried out with our manufacturing partner, wikiCNC. These providers act as processors and may use the data only to deliver their service.

5. Files you send us

Drawings, specifications and other files are treated as confidential and used only to prepare your quote or order. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available on request.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website is largely static. If we use analytics or cookies, they are limited to understanding traffic and improving the site; you can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. EU/EEA residents may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable law.

9. International transfers

Because we operate between Poland/EU and the USA, your data may be transferred across borders. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Contact and changes

For any privacy question, contact info@manufacturemates.com. We may update this policy; the date above reflects the current version.
