3. Quotes and orders
Quotes are non-binding estimates valid for the period stated. An order becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties. Specifications, volumes and timelines are governed by the individual order or agreement.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices, taxes, duties, delivery terms (Incoterms) and payment terms are those set out in the applicable quote or order.
5. Your files and intellectual property
You retain all rights to the drawings and files you provide. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to deliver the agreed service. We keep them confidential.
6. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only for the purpose of the cooperation. A mutual NDA is available on request.
7. Warranties and disclaimer
We provide our services with professional care. The website itself is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
Manufacture Mates operates between Poland and the USA. The governing law and jurisdiction for a specific engagement are set out in the individual agreement.
